Terms of Service page describes the rules and guidelines for using a website or an application. It outlines the legal responsibilities of the user and the owner of the website or application.

Pricing & Payment Terms & Conditions:

  1. Article Price mentioned on website and E commerce Portals include GST.
  2. Payment once made cannot be refunded or adjusted in any manner.
  3. Sanskriti doesn’t take any responsibility for the failed payment and extra payment made by the customer. However specific request regarding the same can be entertained through email to customercare@sanskriti.biz
  4. Kaivalya Metals Ltd, platform, and Brand owner of Sanskriti reserves the right to change the price of Articles and different price plans and combinations without prior notice.
  5.  Kaivalya Metals Ltd, the ordering platform & Brand owner of Sanskriti reserves the right to activate or deactivate the Cuisines without prior notice.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

  1. Return will be accepted, and refund will be provided against the ordered article within 7days of receipt provided the goods are in original condition with all original price tag and packaging.
  2. However, we will provide the same Article free of cost if you have delivered wrong article after a thorough investigation from our side. However, you must provide a video of delivered product and the photograph of delivered product and invoice.
  3. You must raise any complaint related to refund/replace through mail marked to customercare@sanskriti.biz or our customer care whatsapp number 9924445533 before 24 hours of the date of occurring of the incident.
  4. However, postponement of the delivery date is not possible and will not be entertained.
  5. Due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (mentioned as an example but not limited to) like bandh by any organization, government restrictions, natural calamities or unavailability of any necessary raw materials, Sanskriti’s delivery may disturb or can totally be called off with or without prior notice. However, we will try our best to notify you in advance.
  6. In the above-mentioned situation we will deliver the same article on the later date chosen by you, but we will not be able to provide any refund to it.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

  1. Articles will be delivered within the PIN code mentioned or selected while ordering through app/website/WhatsApp.
  2. PIN code must be checked before ordering the meal. Any wrong selection of PIN will lead to cancellation or delayed delivery of the order.
  3. You must raise any complaint related to delivery through mail marked to customercare@sanskriti.biz or our customer care whatsapp number 9924445533 before 6pm of the date of incident.

General Terms & conditions:

  1. Kaivalya Metals Ltd, owner of the brand and ordering platform will not be held responsible for any verbal communication by any of the employees or associate. Means of any communication to us must be in writing through email ID customercare@sanskriti.biz or our official Whatsapp Chat Bot 9924445533
  2. We strongly deny/refuse/discourage any gift or offer to our employees, associates, or vendors. Any such act will not be tolerated, and we will not be held responsible for any consequences thereafter.
  3. Any disputes are subjected to jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
